At Arsan Kimya, as we operate in the cosmetics and wet wipes sector with “Ultra Compact” and our other brands, we embrace customer satisfaction, product safety and quality, the health and safety of our employees, the protection of the environment and the continual improvement of energy performance as the foundation of our management approach.

We regard quality, product safety, environment, occupational health and safety, and energy management not as separate elements, but as inseparable and complementary parts of our sustainable success.

Accordingly, we commit to:

• Fully meeting the requirements of customers, legislation, regulatory bodies and interested parties, and continually increasing customer satisfaction;
• Treating product safety, quality, legal compliance and customer requirements as priorities in all our activities;
• Manufacturing safe, high-quality and compliant products in accordance with cosmetics legislation, ISO 22716 GMP, BRCGS and other applicable requirements;
• Protecting product authenticity against counterfeiting, adulteration and external threats, and building a strong Product Safety and Quality Culture based on open communication;
• Providing the knowledge, competence, infrastructure, technology and resources needed to ensure the continuity of safe and high-quality products;

• Keeping our environmental impacts under control, protecting the environment and preventing pollution;
• Using our natural resources efficiently, particularly raw materials, packaging, energy and water;
• Reducing waste at source and supporting reuse, recycling and recovery practices;
• Identifying opportunities to reduce our environmental footprint and supporting continual improvement activities;

• Providing safe and healthy working conditions with a “People First” approach;
• Eliminating hazards at source wherever possible, and reducing the occupational health and safety risks arising from hazards that cannot be eliminated;
• Taking the necessary measures to prevent occupational accidents, work-related injuries and occupational diseases;
• Encouraging the consultation and participation of our employees and employee representatives in occupational health and safety matters;

• Ensuring the availability of the information and resources needed to achieve our energy objectives and targets;
• Fully meeting our obligations under all legal requirements and regulations related to energy efficiency, energy use and energy consumption;
• Continually improving energy performance and our Energy Management System (EnMS) across all our processes, and monitoring and evaluating our energy performance indicators;
• Supporting the use of energy-efficient products, equipment, systems and technologies and the procurement of services that affect energy performance, and taking energy performance into account in purchasing decisions;
• Supporting design activities that consider improving energy performance and increasing energy efficiency when planning and developing new facilities, processes, machinery, equipment, products and services;

• Complying with the applicable legal requirements, regulations and other obligations related to quality, product safety, environment, occupational health and safety, and energy management;
• Systematically assessing risks and opportunities and extending a preventive and sustainable approach across all our processes;
• Regularly monitoring, measuring and analysing the performance of our Integrated Management System, and carrying out the necessary improvement activities based on the results;
• Continually developing our employees’ awareness and competence in quality, product safety, environment, occupational health and safety, and energy management;
• Encouraging the active participation of all our employees and interested parties in achieving the objectives and targets of the Integrated Management System;
• Continually improving the suitability, adequacy, effectiveness and performance of our Integrated Management System.
